Matriarch: A Four-Day Women’s Ceremonial Retreat

matriarch: A return to the power of the feminine

Oct 29 - Nov 1, Palomar MOuntain, San diego

a ceremonial gathering for women who feel the call to reclaim the full authority and power of the feminine.

Matriarchy is remembrance.

The remembrance of an older order where our wisdom, intuition, and life-giving power were deeply honored.

It is women no longer asking permission to know what we know.

No longer overriding the body when it says yes, no, stay, leave, speak, rest, grieve, create.

No longer shrinking our power to be chosen, accepted, desired, or understood.

No longer treating our intuition as something we have to prove before we trust it.

Matriarchy is the return of feminine authority in the ways we live, lead, love, mother, create, protect, pray, choose, and belong to the earth.

It is power rooted in responsibility, care, truth, creation, and right relationship.

This is a gathering woman to woman, in ceremony with sacred medicine, to clear what has been carried through generations and return to the power of the feminine at the root.

Together, we will sit with the wounds carried through patriarchy, separation, silence, competition, betrayal, and survival. We will tend the places where we have been separated from our bodies, our voices, our knowing, our lineages, and one another.

This is for women who feel the call to reclaim the power of the feminine and embody the gifts, wisdom, and authority that are already within us.

An Intimate Container

We believe that true healing happens in deep, intentional connection. By keeping our retreat groups small, we create a space where every participant is truly seen, heard, and supported. This allows for greater vulnerability, authenticity, and a more personalized approach to your healing journey.

Each retreat is intimately designed, with group sizes limited to 13 participants to maintain a safe and sacred container. We trust that those meant to sit together will find their way here, and time and time again, we witness the profound wisdom that emerges from these divinely aligned groups. The shared journey becomes part of the medicine itself—offering insights, reflections, and a deep sense of belonging.

Beyond the medicine, our time together is enriched with:

Is this right for you?

Sister, this is for you if you feel the call to reclaim the full authority and power of the feminine, to return to the wisdom of your body, your intuition, your prayer, your gifts, your bloodline, and your relationship with the earth.

This is for the woman who is ready to come back to herself, to be witnessed in the fullness of her feminine expression, and to remember what becomes possible when women gather in reverence, honesty, and devotion to life.

This is for you if…

You are ready to stop living from the parts of you that learned to shrink, please, perform, hide, or hold back.
You feel the call to reclaim your body as a place of wisdom, power, pleasure, intuition, and sacred authority.
You are ready to release shame, guilt, suppression, and the places where your feminine expression has been constrained.
You are ready for the parts of you that have been hidden, shamed, or suppressed to return to power.
You feel the longing to embody your gifts more fully and bring your medicine into the world with deeper trust.
You are ready to return to the circle and receive the medicine of sisterhood, reflection, belonging, and being held.
You feel called to root into the feminine as a force of creation, devotion, leadership, care, vision, and life.

This space is for the cycle-breakers, the ones healing on behalf of their lineages, the ones reclaiming the wisdom of the feminine, the ones choosing love, wholeness, and truth.

And it is for those who simply wish to celebrate, explore, and embody the fullness of their feminine nature, in all its softness, wildness, power, and grace.

Who Should Not Attend?

This retreat is NOT for you if:

You are resistant to taking responsibility for your healing.
You are looking for a quick fix rather than true transformation.
You are currently taking medications or have medical conditions that are contraindicated with Ayahuasca.

For those desiring more privacy, private room options may be available upon request. You are also welcome to bring your own tent, RV, or van at no extra charge. While all of your basic needs will be provided for, this is not a luxury retreat—our focus is on healing, connection, and transformation, not excess. We strive to keep these experiences accessible while ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive space for all participants.

Land Acknowledgment
Temple Abzu honors the Indigenous peoples who have stewarded the lands and waters we are blessed to gather upon. We acknowledge that our retreats and ceremonies take place on lands cared for by Native peoples for generations beyond count.

Wherever we gather, we remember that these lands are not ours to possess, but gifts to be respected. We hold gratitude for the peoples, the ancestors, and the spirits of place who continue to guide and protect the land, the waters, and all who walk upon them.

We make every effort to honor the ancestors of the lands we gather on, coming with respect, humility, and permission, seeking always to walk in a way that upholds the integrity of place and people.
