Sacred Feminine Retreat:

A Four-Day Journey into the Divine Feminine

In these shifting times, as the world longs for the return of balance, we answer the call to restore the Divine Feminine.

This four-day women’s retreat is an invitation to remember and to return to the sacred wisdom that resides within you, to reclaim your innate power, and to embrace the full expression of your feminine essence.

Held in an intimate, trauma-informed container, this experience is woven with the sacred sacraments of the Divine Grandmother and Niños Santos, guiding you through profound healing and transformation. Through the elemental wisdom of nature, embodiment practices, and sacred ritual, we reconnect with the rhythms of life, death, and rebirth – the natural cycles that exist within us and all of creation.

With the support of plant medicine, we journey into the depths of our feminine lineage, healing the wounds of the mother and sisterhood, dissolving old patterns, and awakening the power that has always been ours to claim. This is a space where all of you is welcome – your grief, your joy, your sensuality, your rage, your softness, your wildness.

The retreat unfolds through two Divine Grandmother ceremonies, where we work deeply with the Mother Spirit to heal, release, and transform, followed by one Niños Santos ceremony, where we open to the wisdom of the childlike heart – playful, boundless, and deeply connected to all life.

Beyond the medicine, our time together is enriched with:

200300 (4) (1)
INTUITIVE FEMININE FLOW YOGA – Moving in harmony with the body’s wisdom.
RITUAL & CEREMONY – Honoring the sacred through elemental practice
BREATHWORK & MEDITATION – Deepening awareness and connection.
EMBODIMENT PRACTICES – Remembering the body as a temple and portal to the divine.
NATURE IMMERSION – Reconnecting with our most primal source of wisdom.

This retreat is not about learning to be feminine – it is about remembering. The feminine is not performative; it is not a role to be played. It is the deep knowing that our bodies are sacred, that our feelings are powerful, and that our connection to the Earth is unbreakable.
Through this journey, we embrace feeling as our greatest superpower – the gateway to truth, creativity, intuition, and love. In a world that often silences or shames feminine expression, this is a sanctuary where all of you is held, accepted, and honored.
This is a space to drop the masks, shed the layers, and fully embody the radiant force that you are. To grieve. To celebrate. To reclaim. To rise.

This is a space to drop the masks, shed the layers, and fully embody the radiant force that you are.

To grieve.

To celebrate.

To reclaim.

To rise.

Join us in sacred sisterhood as we remember together.

An Intimate Container

We believe that true healing happens in deep, intentional connection. By keeping our retreat groups small, we create a space where every participant is truly seen, heard, and supported. This allows for greater vulnerability, authenticity, and a more personalized approach to your healing journey.

Each retreat is intimately designed, with group sizes limited to 13 participants to maintain a safe and sacred container. We trust that those meant to sit together will find their way here, and time and time again, we witness the profound wisdom that emerges from these divinely aligned groups. The shared journey becomes part of the medicine itself—offering insights, reflections, and a deep sense of belonging.

Accommodations

Our retreats take place in private homes that offer privacy, access to nature, and ample space to support your journey. These spaces are intentionally chosen to create a safe, comfortable, and grounded environment for deep healing. Participants have the option to sleep on their mat in the ceremony space or in an assigned bed within a shared bedroom for an additional fee. For those desiring more privacy, private room options may be available upon request. You are also welcome to bring your own tent, RV, or van at no extra charge. While all of your basic needs will be provided for, this is not a luxury retreat—our focus is on healing, connection, and transformation, not excess. We strive to keep these experiences accessible while ensuring a clean, safe, and supportive space for all participants.
Food
All meals are lovingly prepared by our team of facilitators, with care, intention, and adherence to the Ayahuasca dieta. Our food is organic, plant-based, and designed to nourish both body and spirit throughout your journey. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know on your intake form so we can accommodate your needs.

Is this right for you?

Sister, this is for you, the one who feels the deep stirring within, the whisper of the Earth calling you home.

This is for the woman who longs to sit in communion with the Sacred Medicines, to open her heart to the wisdom of Grandmother and Niños Santos, and to surrender to the great mystery of healing, transformation, and rebirth.

It is for the woman who is ready – ready to take responsibility for her own healing, to face herself fully, to meet her light, her shadow, and every sacred part of her being.

This is for you if…

You honor a deep call to walk this path with reverence, to heal, expand, and awaken through the gifts of Mother Earth.
You are prepared to release past pain, to break cycles, to shed what no longer serves, and to step fully into your power.
You seek to remember - to return to the sacredness of your body, your emotions, your sensuality, your intuitive knowing.
You desire to soften, to surrender, to move with the natural flow of life, allowing yourself to be held, nourished, and deeply received.
You wish to connect more deeply with your feminine essence, however that may express itself, in a safe and supportive space.
You are a seeker, a student of life, open to learning, unlearning, and surrendering to the wisdom that lives beyond the mind.
You crave deeper connection - with yourself, with other women walking the path of healing, and with the Sacred Sisterhood that holds all of you in love.

This space is for the cycle-breakers, the ones healing on behalf of their lineages, the ones reclaiming the wisdom of the feminine, the ones choosing love, wholeness, and truth.

And it is for those who simply wish to celebrate, explore, and embody the fullness of their feminine nature, in all its softness, wildness, power, and grace.

Who Should Not Attend?

This retreat is NOT for you if:

You are resistant to taking responsibility for your healing.
You are looking for a quick fix rather than true transformation.
You are currently taking medications or have medical conditions that are contraindicated with Ayahuasca.

Land Acknowledgment
Temple Abzu honors the Indigenous peoples who have stewarded the lands and waters we are blessed to gather upon. We acknowledge that our retreats and ceremonies take place on lands cared for by Native peoples for generations beyond count.

Wherever we gather, we remember that these lands are not ours to possess, but gifts to be respected. We hold gratitude for the peoples, the ancestors, and the spirits of place who continue to guide and protect the land, the waters, and all who walk upon them.

We make every effort to honor the ancestors of the lands we gather on, coming with respect, humility, and permission, seeking always to walk in a way that upholds the integrity of place and people.
